Uniti Q Sponsorship Terms

1. Program parties and payment processing

Uniti Q is a sponsorship program and platform operated by Colorful Voices, LLC. Quantum General Intelligence, Inc. (“QGI”) is a technology partner. Payments are securely processed by Stripe using QGI’s Stripe account for the Uniti Q sponsorship program. The descriptor on a statement or receipt may therefore identify QGI, Stripe, or a related descriptor configured on that Stripe account.

Uniti Q and Colorful Voices do not receive or store full payment-card details. Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to information submitted on Stripe-hosted pages.

2. Authority to commit

The person completing checkout represents that they are at least 18 years old and have authority to make the selected sponsorship commitment for the named organization. The sponsor is responsible for the accuracy of its organization, billing, and contact details.

3. Nature of sponsorship

A sponsorship supports the Uniti Q mission and may include the recognition described for the selected package. It is not the purchase of advertising inventory, guaranteed impressions, an endorsement, exclusive access, clinical services, or individual user information. Benefits are cumulative where stated and remain subject to practical scheduling, platform readiness, safety requirements, and written recognition consent.

4. Monthly renewal and cancellation

A monthly sponsorship begins when the first payment succeeds and renews automatically each month using the payment method maintained with Stripe. The monthly amount is shown before checkout and again on Stripe’s hosted payment page.

A sponsor may cancel future monthly renewal at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by requesting assistance through the secure sponsor form. To prevent the next charge, the cancellation must be completed before the next renewal is processed. Cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current paid monthly cycle; it does not retroactively cancel or refund the current cycle.

5. Annual commitments

An annual sponsorship is charged once for the displayed annual amount, which is billed at eleven times the monthly rate for twelve months of recognition. Unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise, it does not automatically renew through this checkout flow. A new annual commitment requires a new authorization or a separately agreed renewal arrangement.

6. Refund policy

Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once processed, including completed monthly charges and annual commitments, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the program operator approves a written exception for a duplicate or unauthorized charge. Canceling a monthly sponsorship prevents future renewal only and does not create a prorated credit for the current paid cycle.

7. Recognition consent and brand materials

Payment does not itself authorize public use of a sponsor’s name, logo, marks, or affiliation. Uniti Q will request separate written recognition authorization and will display only the approved materials. A sponsor may request that future recognition be changed or removed; removal does not create a refund or unwind recognition already published or produced.

8. Privacy and reporting

Sponsors do not receive individual user data, mental-health engagement records, or personally identifiable community information. Any sponsor reporting is limited to anonymized, aggregate information appropriate to the package and the platform’s privacy commitments.

9. Taxes and charitable treatment

No statement on this site represents that a sponsorship is a charitable contribution or is tax deductible. The sponsor is responsible for obtaining its own accounting, legal, and tax advice and for determining the proper treatment of the payment.

10. Program changes and unavailability

Platform features and recognition schedules may change as Uniti Q develops. If a specifically named benefit becomes impracticable, the parties may agree on a reasonably comparable mission-aligned recognition benefit. Nothing in these terms guarantees a release date, audience size, impression volume, business result, or health outcome.

11. Limitation and applicable law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from a sponsorship is limited to the amount paid by the sponsor during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the sponsorship. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Complete agreement and updates

These terms, the package description shown at checkout, Stripe’s payment confirmations, and any separately signed sponsorship agreement form the agreement for the online commitment. A separately signed agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these online terms. Material changes apply prospectively and do not alter a completed payment without the sponsor’s agreement where consent is required.
